Supervisory arrangements in progress – Consultations

In this section, the Bank of Greece publishes draft regulatory decisions (such as Bank of Greece Governor's Acts, Banking and Credit Committee decisions) relating to the framework that governs the establishment and operation of supervised entities. These drafts are available in the section "Consultation Papers" of the left-hand menu. The purpose of this publication is to enable market participants to make comments, which are taken into consideration by the Bank of Greece in the finalisation of the relevant texts.

Moreover, in "Consultations of other organisations", informative texts and relevant links of other European and international organisations are available (such as the European Central Bank, the European Union and the International Monetary Fund), with a view to informing the public on such organisations' publications and consultations.
