Central government net borrowing requirement on a cash basis: January-November 2022

In January-November 2022, the central government cash balance recorded a deficit of €6,808 million, compared to a deficit of €12,950 million in the same period of 2021. During this period, ordinary budget revenue amounted to €49,831 million, compared to €42,059 million in the corresponding period of last year. Ordinary budget expenditure amounted to €53,490 million, from €55,474 million in January-November 2021.
