Publications of the Centre for Culture, Research & Documentation

The publications of the Centre for Culture, Research and Documentation are aligned with the scope of the Centre. Thus, they primarily aim to underline and highlight the role of the Bank of Greece in the country’s financial, social and cultural development. They comprise books and printed material which is relevant to the activity of the other Sections of the Centre (the Library, the Historical Archive, the Museum).

The recording, direct or indirect, temporary or permanent reproduction or distribution of the content of the books and works by any means and in any form, in whole or in part, as well as the translation, adaptation, alteration, abridgement or modification of their original form without the permission of the Bank of Greece is prohibited. In particular, reproduction for any use thereof is prohibited, where it impedes their normal exploitation or prejudices the legal rights of the creators.  Any particular work may be used online (or digitally) freely for educational, scientific, statistical and research purposes, provided that no direct or indirect economic benefit is involved.  Users agree that in any publication which is based in whole or in part on a work posted on the Bank of Greece website they will indicate the author/creator of the work and the publisher.
