Supervisory disclosure

Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council on access to the activity of credit institutions and of investment firms established disclosure requirements for credit institutions and investment firms as well as EU supervisory authorities. 

In order to ensure the comparability of supervisory disclosures of different EU supervisory authorities, the European Commission adopted Implementing Regulation No 650/2014 laying down implementing technical standards with regard to the format, structure, contents list and annual publication date of the information to be disclosed by competent authorities.

This section displays the information that the Bank of Greece is required to disclose in accordance with the above Regulation.

It should be pointed out that the following information is relevant to credit institutions and not to investment firms, for which the competent authority is Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
