How can I make suggestions or file complaints/grievances regarding my transactions with the Bank of Greece?

If you wish to make a suggestion or file a complaint/grievance relating to the processing of a transaction or to any interaction of yours with any department or competent body of the Bank, you can fill in the relevant Suggestions and complaints/grievances Form (in Greek) and email it to complaints@bankofgreece.gr.
