Announcement regarding the submission of the verification report on submitted claims against the payment institution under special liquidation under the trade name "SWISS REMIT PAYMENT INSTITUTION S.A. UNDER SPECIAL LIQUIDATION"

On 10.02.2026, the license to establish and operate the payment institution under the name "Swiss Remit Europe Payment Institution S.A" and the distinctive title "Swiss Remit" was revoked in application of articles 13 and 24 of Law 4537/2018, 46 of Law 4557/2018 and article 153 of Law 4261/2014 and the said payment institution was placed under special liquidation pursuant to decision no. 563/1/10.02.2026 of the Credit and Insurance Committee (EPATH) of the Bank of Greece (Government Gazette B' 658/10.02.2026).
The societe anonyme with the name "PQH SINGLE SPECIAL LIQUIDATION SOCIÉTÉ ANONYME, SPECIAL LIQUIDATOR OF CREDIT INSTITUTIONS" and the distinctive title "PQH SINGLE LIQUIDATION SA", located in Maroussi, Attica, at 3 Gravias and Granikou Streets, legally appointed as Special Liquidator of the above payment institution with the name "Swiss Remit Europe Payment Institution S.A" pursuant to decision No. 563/2/10.02.2026 of the Bank of Greece's EPATH (Government Gazette Β΄ 658/10.02.2026).
ANNOUNCES
that it has compiled and submitted to the Bank of Greece, in its capacity as the competent Supervisory Authority, pursuant to the provisions of Article 4 of the "Regulation on the Special Liquidation of Credit Institutions and financial institutions supervised by the BoG" (Decision No. 180/3/22.02.2016 of the Credit and Insurance Matters Committee of the Bank of Greece, Government Gazette B’ 717/17.03.2016), a report on the verification of claims against the above mentioned payment institution, which were submitted following the relevant public invitation issued by the special liquidator.
In accordance with the provision of paragraph 2 of Article 4 of the "Regulation on the Special Liquidation of Credit Institutions and financial institutions supervised by the Bank of Greece", objections against the claims submitted must be lodged in writing with the special liquidator, no later than fifteen (15) days from the final publication of this announcement. Said publications shall take place on 16.07.2026, 23.07.2026, and 30.07.2026 in the newspapers "Eleftheros Typos" and "Efimeris Dimoprasion & Pleistiriasmon".
Pursuant to subsection (e) of paragraph 1 of Article 4 of the said Regulation, every creditor is entitled to obtain, at their own expense, a copy of the Verification Report from the Special Liquidator. To do so, a request must be submitted either via email to requests@pqh.gr, or by physical mail to the address 3 Gravias and Granikou Str., PC 15125 Marousi.
