Central government net borrowing requirement on a cash basis: January 2015

In January 2015, the central government cash balance recorded a deficit of €217 million, compared to a surplus of €603 million in January 2014. During this month, ordinary budget revenue amounted to €3,133 million, compared to €4,467 million last year. Ordinary budget expenditure amounted to €3,200 million, from €3,609 million in January 2014.
