Notice of exercise of major voting right proportions pursuant to Law 3556/2007

Pursuant to Law 3556/2007, the Bank of Greece (issuer) hereby announces that the Public Company for Transferable Securities (DEKA) S.A. appointed Ms Ioulia Armagou as representative to the Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of the Bank of Greece to be held on 15 April 2009, and Mr Christos Ntziounis as her alternate.
 

DEKA S.A. holds 1,309,210 shares in the Bank of Greece, namely 6.59% of the share capital, corresponding to 17,456 voting rights.
