TARGET2 update

Due to a technical incident in the Trans-European automated real-time gross settlement express transfer system (TARGET2), interbank payments are for the time being not possible. This also affects fund transfers through the DIAS system. The root cause of the incident has been identified, and activities are currently being carried out to resume normal operations. This pan-European technical incident is expected to be fixed soon.
The Eurosystem is taking all measures necessary to resume normal operations as soon as possible.
