Statistics on loans serviced by Credit Servicing Firms (CSFs): Q3 2025

- In the third quarter of 2025, the nominal value of loans to the domestic private sector serviced by domestic CSFs that have been transferred to non-resident specialised financial institutions decreased by €298 million.
- The total value of the previously mentioned category of loans decreased to €79,416 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025, from €79,714 million in the previous quarter.
Corporate loans
The nominal value of serviced corporate loans decreased to €27,584 million in the third quarter of 2025, from €27,761 million in the previous quarter. In further detail, the nominal value of loans to non-financial corporations (NFCs) decreased by €377 million to €27,553 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025. Out of the total of these loans to NFCs, an amount of €8,435 million corresponds to loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The nominal value of loans to other financial institutions serviced by CSFs remained unchanged at €31 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Loans to sole proprietors, farmers and unincorporated partnerships
The nominal value of loans to sole proprietors, farmers and unincorporated partnerships serviced by CSFs increased by €689 million from the previous quarter to €10,467 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025.
Loans to individuals and private non-profit institutions
The nominal value of loans to individuals and private non-profit institutions serviced by CSFs decreased by €610 million to €41,365 million at the end of the third quarter of 2025. In further detail, consumer loans serviced decreased by €492 million to €15,762 million. The corresponding housing loans decreased by €116 million to €25,254 million.

The nominal value of loans does not include off-balance sheet interest and write-offs/write-downs made by the credit institutions that transferred the loan portfolio.
