Establishment in Greece of the Bank of China and of the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China

The Bank of Greece, by a letter from its Banking Supervision Department dated 31 October 2019, informed the Ministry of Development and Investments of the establishment in Greece of a branch of Bank of China (Europe) Luxembourg. The branch’s start of business date was 1 November 2019 and its address is 2, Mesogeion Ave., Athens.

Moreover, on 25 October 2019, the Bank of Greece informed Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Europe) S.A., based in Luxembourg, that it may establish a Representative Office in Greece.
