Clarification regarding the Financial Calendar 2012

The Bank of Greece, in order to provide accurate and timely information to investors and in particular to its shareholders and in compliance with the requirement under Articles 4.1.2 and 4.1.4.3.1 of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, hereby announces that, given the General Council’s recommendation of 19 March 2012 for a dividend distribution for the financial year 2011, the Financial Calendar 2012 as released on 12 March 2012, including the ex-dividend, record and payment dates specified therein, shall apply.
