Statistics on loans serviced by Credit Servicing Firms (CSFs): Q4 2025

- In the fourth quarter of 2025, the nominal value of loans to the domestic private sector serviced by domestic CSFs that have been transferred to non-resident specialized financial institutions increased by €604 million.
- The total value of the previously mentioned category of loans increased to €80,020 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025, from €79,416 million in the previous quarter.
Corporate loans
The nominal value of serviced corporate loans increased to €28,176 million in the fourth quarter of 2025, from €27,584 million in the previous quarter. In further detail, the nominal value of loans to non-financial corporations (NFCs) increased by €593 million to €28,146 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. Out of the total of these loans to NFCs, an amount of €10,137 million corresponds to loans to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
The nominal value of loans to other financial institutions serviced by CSFs remained unchanged at €31 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
Loans to sole proprietors, farmers and unincorporated partnerships
The nominal value of loans to sole proprietors, farmers and unincorporated partnerships serviced by CSFs increased by €68 million from the previous quarter to €10,535 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.
Loans to individuals and private non-profit institutions
The nominal value of loans to individuals and private non-profit institutions serviced by CSFs decreased by €57 million to €41,308 million at the end of the fourth quarter of 2025. In further detail, consumer loans serviced increased by €28 million to €15,790 million. The corresponding housing loans decreased by €72 million to €25,182 million.

The nominal value of loans does not include off-balance sheet interest and write-offs/write-downs made by the credit institutions that transferred the loan portfolio.
