Athens Cash Processing and Distribution Centre

2005 saw a new addition to the list of the Bank’s premises: the Athens Cash Processing and Distribution Centre, constructed on the grounds of the IETA compound in Halandri.

It is a distinct building ensemble based on a complex spatial programme and designed to meet high security specifications and modern aesthetic standards. The original architectural study was assigned in 1987 to S. Vasiliou & Associates Ltd. (in collaboration with Structural Design S.A. και ANTEM Ltd.) and was updated in 1999by the same team under the supervision of architect E. Dalaklis of the Bank’s Technical Service. Construction work started in 2001.
