Credit Institutions' Customer Complaint Services

Here, information is available to customers on the contact details of credit institutions' and credit companies' complaint services.

The Bank of Greece, being responsible for enhancing transparency in banking transactions, posts on its website the following contact details of the special units established by credit institutions and credit companies pursuant to the provisions of Bank of Greece Governor's Act 2501/2002, as currently in force, to review customer complaints and reports relating to products and services provided by such institutions.
